You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Return Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs, depending on the courier and the country from which you are returning the package. However, there may be alternative options available.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 14 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
